Trusted and reliable agent. Responsible in managing our property and liaise well on behalf of us with the tenant. Friendly, knowledgeable, responds timely and does not shy away from challenging situations. Willing to assist even though sometimes it could be out of his scope of service, but within reason. Good to communicate expectations in advance.

My personal experience with agent Jonathan is indeed fruitful whereby it just took me 2 days to decide on the apartment that I plan to rent. This is mainly because of the agent Jonathan who able to find the best unit that fits me and at the same time ensure all my rights as a tenant is well protected. He is a guy who tells things upfront with no hidden agenda behind hence will be easier for us to make the right decision when it comes to securing a property.
